Director of Food Service
Steve joined the Clipper Team in July of 2016 to spearhead the start of the Bojangles’® Franchise Division. He opened the company’s first Bojangles’® in Cleveland Georgia in February 2017, and is currently working on a second location.
He is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education. Upon graduation, he had gone to work for several prestigious country clubs and restaurants in New Jersey as a chef, as Food and Beverage Director. Prior to coming on board with Clipper, Steve spent the last 10 years working for the Neiman Marcus restaurant division where he could apply his love of food, and customer service with this retail giant.
In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, rescuing animals, going to the gym and spending as much time as he can with his wife and son.
